Dry Hire - DIY Rental

Rental of just the system hardware to get you up and running

We recommend this if you have budget constraints and can allocate a staff member to get trained and operate the system on the day.

Your operator should undertake a Training Session prior to operating an event.

You can add a-la carte services from Keepad such as pre-event programming or production to assist with developing and testing presentations.

Wet Hire - Full Service

Keepad will undertake all Production, Programming and Operating for the event.

Production includes all logistics, co-ordination and management of the event and associated rehearsal. This may include working with venues and other event suppliers to ensure co-ordination and includes the necessary hardware such as dedicated high-end laptops (show machines). After the event, the production includes the provision and basic review of the Reports in an Excel type format for your perusal.

Programming involves the client briefing, creation, review and revision of the presentation material. This is generally a selection of multiple choice questions and also involves the creation of databases such as participant lists for individual attendee tracking.

Operating is the act of running our TurningPoint software on the day. There may be more than one operator depending on how many concurrent rooms your event is running.
